This is a good example of business continuity service. The website is really part of the IT of the company, the reason it isn’t seen as such is because it’s a different skill from an IT person supporting IT infrastructure and it’s hosted on a remote server by another company. In my opinion though the business continuity process is the same. This is the sort of service KDM aspires to.
