Yes, you need to be a hosting customer to sign up.

2. My website is over 12 months old. Can I sign up?

Yes, as long as you are a KDM website customer, you can sign up.

3. Why do you limit the package to KDM website customers?

We need administration access to your admin portal and also your control panel on your hosting server in order for us to back up your site and update your software. That’s all!

4. And if I don’t sign up?

For professional protection, we highly recommend that you sign up for one of our packages. However, you can take your own backups of your site through your admin portal and store them safely as well as keep your software and plugins up to date. If you don’t have a backup or you encounter a problem, we will do our best to get your site up and running at a cost of £45 per hour.
